Over the years Onsite or In-house training has become increasingly popular, in line with the development in delivery logistics and technology infrastructures.   Our service offering provides customers with the most flexible and tailored experience a customer could demand in the 21st century.  All our trainers are fully qualified in their vendor subject and have not only vast levels of tutorial expertise but they have also come from a working environment which means they can adequately understand the needs of the delegates and their organisation.

 

In addition to the flexibility offered with onsite in-house training, customers also benefit financially by eliminating delegate travel and accommodation costs, which can in some cases be a significant saving, particularly if there are multiple delegates involved.    Sometimes scheduled courses are a little constrained from a content perspective, for obvious reasons.  If we are asked to conduct a course onsite or in-house at the customers facilities, the first thing we will do is tailor any content to meet the specific needs of the customer.   This means that any content delivered is making the best use of the time made available by the customer and ensures that each delegate will have their specific objectives met.

 

For onsite in-house courses we are able, if required, to make the training delivered very much an inherent part of the customers own in-house training brand.  By working with the customer Course Academy trainers can ensure that the service we provide links in perfectly with any delivery already provided by the customers own in-house training team.   In practice we work very closely with the customers own learning and development team as we know this is the best way to deliver a truly meaningful experience.
