Pre-Requisites:

No previous experience of training is required, but those with previous IT training delivery experience will also find the course very beneficial and rewarding.

Participants will be expected to contribute to discussions and practical activities within a small group setting. They will have the opportunity to practice their delivery of IT training in a dedicated IT training suite and receive feedback from a qualified and experienced IT trainer.

They will also be required to complete some simple pre-course activities in advance.
