Training Course Summary:

This three day course gives course participants a practical understanding of the PRINCE2™ project management methodology. It also fully prepares course participants for the PRINCE2™ Foundation examination administered by the APMG.

Course participants will gain a sound understanding of project management and the benefits of using a structured approach such as PRINCE2™.

Course participants will learn how to apply the PRINCE2™ methodology to appropriate projects, and gain an understanding of the main elements and components of PRINCE2™.

The course also includes thorough preparation for the Foundation examination which is taken on the last day of the course.

Pre-Requisites:

There are no formal pre-requisites, but it helps if course participants have experience of working in project environments.

For those course participants with limited project exposure, we recommend attendance on Project Planning & Control.

Attendance on PRINCE2™ Overview is recommended for individuals new to PRINCE2™.

Who Should Attend:

Project Team Leaders, Team Managers, Project Support or Assurance roles, and all individuals wishing to increase their understanding of PRINCE2™.
