Training Course Summary:

This two day practical course is for individuals with responsitbility for the integrity of an Oracle database. It takes an in-depth look at the essential task of planning and implementing database backup and recovery strategies. The concepts of backup and recovery are described and various backup, failure, restore and recovery situations are comprehensively examined. Practical exercises are included to demonstrate the techniques and tools involved in performing backup, restore and recovery operations.

Pre-Requisites:

This course assumes Database Administrator training or relevant experience.
