This course is intended to bridge the gap between the ITIL v2 Managers Certificate in IT Service Management and the ITIL v3 Diploma in IT Service Management.At the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
• Understand the concepts and principles embodies in ITIL® v3, focussing on those that are new to v3, and those that have significantly changed since earlier versions. • Confidently take the ITIL® Bridge Qualification: ITIL v1/v2 Managers to ITIL® v3 Diploma.
Pre-Requisites:
The course is designed for individuals who already hold the Managers Certificate in IT Service Management at an earlier ITIL® version and who wish to obtain the ITIL® Diploma in IT Service Management, thereby demonstrating their knowledge of ITIL® v3.Who Should Attend:

Qualifications:
Recommended as preparation for exam(s):ITIL Bridge Qualification: ITIL v1/v2 Managers to ITIL v3 Diploma.
The examination will consist of a complex multiple-choice, closed book paper of 40 questions to be answered within 60 minutes. The pass mark will be 65% or more – 26 or more correct answers.
