This practical and comprehensive course covers all the basic skills in managing teams and in delivering tasks and projects. The course will enable delegates to make a smooth transition into their management role and ensure they can make a significant contribution from day one.

The course covers the key skills and techniques that are required at this level to ensure success in the role. It is a highly practical course which provides a toolkit of techniques to apply upon return to the workplace. In addition each delegate will receive one to one trainer feedback to help them plan how they will apply their learning back in the workplace.

To achieve the endorsed ILM Award each delegate will be assessed throughout the course and via a final group case study assignment which will take place on the final day of the course.
