Training Course Summary:

This two-day technical course provides an intensive hands-on training experience with Cisco's Content Delivery Network Enterprise products. This course is intended for technical audiences involved in the installation, configuration and maintenance of Cisco’s CDN Enterprise products. The class format will alternate between lectures, whiteboard discussions, and hands-on lab exercises.

Pre-Requisites:

Delegates are required to meet the following prerequisites: · A basic understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, and IP routing.

Training Course Overview/Content:

Upon completion of this course, the delegate will be able to:
· Identify the key features of Content media delivery
· Describe the Content Delivery Network Enterprise Overview
· Perform Management using a web browser User Interface, CDN Wizard, and CLI
· Install the Content Delivery Manager and Content Engine
· Import media content
· Replicate media to Content Engines
· Perform playback of media
· Describe redirection logic
· Implement CDM backup and restore
· Describe the software release upgrade procedure
· Describe the key features of CDN Enterprise Case Studies
· Apply CDN Enterprise troubleshooting and techniques
· Upgrade CDN Enterprise from release 2.0 to 2.1 (Appendix)

Qualifications:

This course, along with CSSOC and CECOC, is recommended in the preparation for the Cisco Content Networking Specialist v1.1 Exam ( Cisco test no. 9E0-600) Counts towards:· Cisco Content Networking Specialist
