Pre-Requisites:

Delegates should have knowledge equivalent to CCNP level. Ideally, they will also have attended the CVOICE course. They should have understanding of the following topics: -


Implementation of WAN and LAN technologies.
Technical understanding of Cisco’s Routers and Catalyst LAN switch products for Multiservice networks
Good familiarity with Cisco IOS (v12.0 or above)
Understanding of Voice and Video over Data concepts
Knowledge of network design

Who Should Attend:

System Engineers and Network Engineers who have the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to design, install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches and other Cisco devices that support networking solutions.

The DQOS course is one of the recommended training courses for those resellers and channel partners who require individuals to become Systems Engineers, Field Engineers, or Operations Specialists in support of their IP Telephony Specialisation; or for individuals pursuing the Cisco IP Telephony Support Specialist qualification.
