Training Course Summary:
This practical two day course will provide individuals with the essential skills and techniques to manage and motivate people to achieve high performance. The programme will enable participants to practise setting clear, motivating objectives and to give constructive feedback in a safe environment. Participants will also concentrate on the importance of developing teams and individuals as a way to enhance total company performance. Participants will participate in role-play scenarios to build confidence and reduce anxiety when faced with the ‘real thing’, receiving feedback from their peers and the trainer. They are also encouraged to bring with them examples of performance management challenges they are currently facing and experiences they wish to share with the group.By the end of this course you will be able to:
