Training Course Summary:

This course provides hands-on instruction on application packaging, application delivery, and system monitoring and analysis capabilities using MetaFrame XPe. This course will prepare a student for Exam 911 and Exam 921. These are two of the exams that are part of the Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA) program.

Pre-Requisites:

Delegates must be CCA accredited to sit this course.

Training Course Overview/Content:

· Configure Citrix Installation Manager in an enterprise.

· Package applications, application suites, service packs and MSI files.

· Schedule installations with the Citrix Management Console.

· Publish packages.

· Roll back the packager environment.

· Uninstall packages.

· Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix Installation Manager.

· Configure Citrix Resource Manager.

· Understand the concepts of configuring a database in SQL 7.0 and Oracle 8i.

· Choose and configure server and application monitoring metrics.
· Choose and configure report structure on information gathered from metrics, including graphs.

· Use Citrix Network Manager for monitoring and troubleshooting SNMP-enabled devices
