Pre-Requisites:

Students should have attended the Crystal Reports 8 Introduction course, and should preferably have a minimum of three months hands-on experience using Crystal Reports in a working environment.

Who Should Attend:

Users wishing to move on to a higher level of reporting skills to produce reports from external data sources, for example Access, SQL, Oracle etc. This course is designed for users who require the use of advanced formulas and formatting, need to access information that is not PC-based, or need to set up reports that other users will access and run.
