Training Course Summary:

The purpose of the CN 1.0 course is to teach personnel in a network management and administrative job function how to build Content Networking solutions. Although Cisco currently offers product courses that present these technologies, this course addresses how these technologies work together to provide Content Networking solutions for the Service Provider environment.

The CN 1.0 training course is a 40 hour learning event, available in both e-Learning and ILT delivery avenues. Building Cisco Content Networking Solutions is part of the recommended training path for those students seeking Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP) status.

Pre-Requisites:

The following prior knowledge is expected:

Basic knowledge of Routing and Switching technologies
Basic knowledge of Cisco IOS
Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals
Basic knowledge of the OSI model
This knowledge can be obtained from the following courses:

Completion of ICND
Completion of BSCI
Completion of CCNP Basics
Completion of CCNA Exam is recommended.
