The TIGER system is tailored for training projects which enables us to manage every single element of the project from start to finish.  This not only ensures that we meet all of your requirements, but it also gives you the peace of mind that you are dealing with people who know about training and the management of training projects.

The TIGER system breaks down as follows:        

T	Talk.  At this stage we are looking to gain all the information needed for us to be able to put together a proposal for the training project and associate resources, timescales, and costs to each element.
I	Introduce.  Having conducted conversations with you to get a thorough understanding of your needs, we then introduce our proposal which outlines what we will provide, in what format, where, when, and at what cost.
G	Gain.  We then gain the commitment from you to move the project forward. The project must be confirmed in writing by you.
E	Execute.   We deliver all the training required as detailed in our proposal.
R	Review.  Having delivered the training it is now time to review the successes of the project and gain evaluations from delegates and any staff involved in the project to ensure that we have met your needs and address any further requirements which may have come as a result of our work.
