At the end of this course you will be able to:
Sign on and off from the Galileo® system conforming to security procedures.
Request and interpret availability and timetable screens.
Book the most suitable flights for your client’s itinerary.
Input mandatory and optional Booking File information.
Add, amend and cancel passenger servicing information and Booking File servicing requests.
Recognise different fare types. Access and apply relevant fare notes.
Obtain the most appropriate fare quote for an itinerary.
Use the Timatic database to convey correct health and visa information.
Work with the Galileo queuing system.
Select general information by accessing the Galileo Information System pages.
