Training Course Summary:

At the end of this course you will be able to:
Sign on and off from the Galileo® system conforming to security procedures.
Encode and decode cities, airlines, and countries using the Galileo system.
Request and interpret flight availability and timetable displays.
Book, amend and cancel flight reservations.
Input mandatory and optional booking file fields.
Display and interpret fare displays
Obtain the most appropriate fare quote for an itinerary.
Add, amend and cancel passenger servicing information and booking file servicing requests.
Move information from a client file into a booking file.
Work with the Galileo queuing system.
