At the end of this course you will be able to:
Describe the main hardware components of a Focalpoint® 3.5 configuration.
Conduct a PING test and a TRACEROUTE test using diagnostic tools.
Utilise the RELAY facility to perform print recovery, data capture, creation and maintenance of client files.
Recognise the location and structure of Focalpoint® folders and files
Perform backup of Focalpoint folders and files.
Create Focalpoint® Hotkeys for quick access to alternative applications
Use Focalpoint® Print Manager to perform printer tests.
