Outline: This course examines in detail the techniques and knowledge required by the modern-day trainer. On completion you will be able to undertake the practical duties of a trainer with more insight and ability. The course covers all aspects of training, including the planning and preparation of materials, conducting sessions and role-plays and using training equipment. Delegates will have the opportunity to practice short training sessions in front of a small group, and will receive feedback from an experienced trainer.Who should attend? This course is designed specifically for those who have little or no experience of running training sessions and is ideal for those about to move into a training role, or those for whom training is an occasional duty.
