Effective international managers need to excel in the face of intensifying world competition This two day residential course enables managers and leaders to better understand their leadership behaviours when managing internationally. The course will employ 360 degree feedback which will form the basis of the two days and includes a one-to-one coaching session from a facilitator. For this reason all delegates will be expected to have arranged for the completion of the 360 degree feedback prior to attendance on the course, the results of which will then provide the basis for their further development.By the end of this course you will be able to:
