Training Course Summary:

An introduction to the Rational Unified Process (RUP), a knowledge base containing software engineering practices that represent many of the best practices observed in successful software development. Introducing iterative development, organization and content of this knowledge base, it emphasizes the main principles of iterative software development: phases and their objectives, and the mitigation of risks. You are also introduced to RUP tailoring choices.
