Programme management is a framework for implementing business strategies, initiatives or large-scale change where there is a vision of the programme’s outcome. This two day course covers the principles, framework and techniques needed to run a programme. Delegates will gain awareness of the organisational considerations and explore how to effectively manage and control the component projects to realise the programme benefits. Delegates will be able to obtain 14 Professional Development Units (PDUs) to maintain their PMI certification.By the end of this course you will be able to:
