Training Course Summary:

By the end of this course, the delegate will have had practical experience in analyzing database performance, tuning memory allocation, I/O activity rollback segments and SQL statements. This course covers the main performance and tuning topics for the Oracle9i Database: Performance Tuning examination (1Z0-033) and the Oracle8i Performance and Tuning examination (IZO-024).

Pre-Requisites:

A working knowledge of SQL*Plus and Oracle Database Administration is required. This can be obtained by attendance on the pre-requisite courses.
