This two day course has been designed to provide secretaries, administrators and PAs with the essential knowledge to effectively plan, implement and review projects. In addition, through attending this course, delegates will be able to gauge their level of communication, time management and problem solving, thus enabling them to refine these key skills.By the end of this course you will be able to:
