This 5-day leader-led course teaches learners how to set up a PNNI network that supports ATM and Layer-3 services on MGX 8830, 8850-PXM1E, 8850-PXM45, and 8950 switches.

Course Objectives

After completing this course the student should be able to:

Configure MGX 8830, 8850-PXM1E, 8850-PXM45, and 8950 ATM PNNI switches from isolation into a network that supports ATM and Layer 3 (IP) services.
Operate and monitor the MGX network once traffic is established

Pre-Requisites:

WAN Quick Start (WQS) guide, basic network concepts, PNNI concepts (recommended).
