Training Course Summary:

This one day course is designed to help those delegates having already invested in their ITIL education and who currently hold the ITIL Foundation (Version 2) to progress within the new ITIL Version 3 exam structure.

The course will lead delegates through the changes and expansion of the concepts, processes, functions and models found in ITIL Version 3 allowing them to progress seamlessly to any of the new Management or Capability Stream courses and exams.

Additions and amendments to the core processes
The introduction of Service Models and Service Provider Types
Roles, Functions and Organisational models
Explanation of the ITIL Version 3 exam structure
