Training Duration: 3 days.
Price: £1,295

Training Course Summary:

Version 2.5 of the ?Implementing IPv6 Networks? course is a 3-day instructor-led training course that provides technical training to help network engineers with the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IPv6 networks using Cisco devices running Cisco IOS Software release 12.2T or later. This course covers routing protocols such as RIP, integrated IS-IS, BGP4+, IPv6 deployment strategies including overlay tunnels, 6PE, and NAT-PT, and other IPv6 features supported in phase 2 of IPv6 development roadmap from Cisco.

The course provides network professionals including SEs, Partners, and Customers the knowledge and skills required to install, configure, and maintain Cisco network devices that support IPv6 features available in the Cisco IOS 12.2T release or later. The hands-on lab exercises in this course provide critical training to enable network professionals to install and configure IPv6 networks and make the integration and coexistence of IPv6 and IPv4 networks successful.

Course Objectives

After completing this course the student should be able to:

Sell, install, configure, and maintain Cisco equipment supporting IPv6 features available in the Cisco IOS 12.2T and subsequent releases.
Install and configure IPv6 networks and make the integration of IPv6 network and its coexistence with existing IPv4 networks successful.

Pre-Requisites:

Routing, switching and access product knowledge and skills equivalent to CCNP or better. Working knowledge of all routing protocols.

Who Should Attend:

Systems Engineers, Channel Partners/Resellers, Customers
