Training Course Summary:

This four-day instructor led course provides the student with hands-on experience and knowledge of tasks typically performed during solution deployment. Tasks include IP-IVR planning, installation, configuration, troubleshooting and application creation.

Pre-Requisites:

Delegates are required to meet the following prerequisites:· Basic IP telephony concepts, including how calls are processed via H323· Completed Voice Essentials: Basic Telephony and IP Telephony· Experience of Windows 2000· Experience accessing databases· Hands-on knowledge of navigating through CallManagerOr equivalent knowledge.

Training Course Overview/Content:

Upon completion of this course, the delegate will be able to:

· Install and configure an IP-IVR Engine and Application Editor.
· Configure the CallManager to the extent of adding the IP-IVR Engine and IVR applications.
· Develop an IP-IVR application.
· Troubleshoot an IP-IVR application.
