This programme leads to the Introductory Certificate in First Line Management awarded by The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Participants should attend all workshops, write an assignment of 1000 words describing work undertaken using knowledge gained from the programme, complete 4 short segment reviews, normally of no more than 150 words and complete a Personal Development Record in the final session. There are 3 compulsory modules: Planning Change, Information for Decision Making and Problem Solving.
