Training Course Summary:

This is a nationally-recognised Certificate issued by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) which will enable participants to develop a range of coaching skills to maximise staff performance. Participants should attend all workshops, write a work-based assignment using knowledge gained from the programme, usually 750-1000 words and keep a coaching diary to record skill development, usually no more than 500 words and coach one or more members of staff for a minimum of 6 hours.
