Course OverviewThis course focuses on the usage of HP service tools, software utilities, troubleshooting, and repair/replacement procedures, as well as an overview of the features of the HP commercial portable product line. Learning concepts are reinforced through a series of comprehensive lab exercises that provide the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience with HP portable products.

Service technicians that configure, upgrade, diagnose and/or repair HP poratble products.
What You Will Learn
At the end of this course delegates will be able to:
Demonstrate ability to successfully use Compaq service documentation to quickly and accurately find product-specific information
Demonstrate knowledge of and ability to use Compaq service resources to assist in configuring, upgrading and servicing Compaq portable products
Demonstrate technical proficiency and skills by working with Compaq portable products in a lab environment
Demonstrate logical troubleshooting skills by problem recognition, problem isolation, solution development, clearance of fault, and testing system for proper operation
