The Sun StorEdge 9900-V Hardware and Software Fundamentals Workshop (9970/9980) provides students with a one-week accelerated course that combines the Sun StorEdge 9900-V Overview and Configuration course with the Sun StorEdge 9900-V Software Solutions course. It is designed for students who do not need as much in-depth training on several of the Sun StorEdge 9900-V hardware and software features. This course includes the basic Resource Manager software products and TrueCopy and ShadowImage software products and offers some hands-on labs, as well as product overviews. This course also describes the differences between the Sun StorEdge 9900-V and its predecessors.Pre-Requisites:
To succeed fully in this course, students should be able to:Display an understanding of basic storage concepts
Show a solid background in storage devices
