Training Course: Evaluating the Effectiveness of Training
training course enquiry
Training Course Summary:
Evaluation is an essential part of measuring the impact of any organisation’s learning and development programme, but often the most neglected. According to research, all most three quarters of organisations that use the 'happy sheet' as the only means of evaluating their investment in training activities. Whilst these reveal the more immediate benefits, measuring the actual power and value of benefits such as higher competence, improved technical and behavioural skills are harder to quantify. Successful evaluation should address the needs of the organisation, measure whether or not these needs were met and quantify these tangible benefits and the return on investment. Participants on this programme will gain a clear understanding of the evaluation process and how it can help with future training projects.Who Should Attend:
