Training Course Summary:

This four-day instructor led course provides the delegate with the skills to install, configure and troubleshoot the foundation components of the CiscoWorks 2000 product family. This course will ensure that the delegate can differentiate product configuration problems from actual network traffic problems through hands-on lab exercises. Also included is a brief overview of all CiscoWorks 2000 products and their role in the marketplace.

Pre-Requisites:

Delegates are required to meet the following prerequisites:· Completion of CCNA Certification, or equivalent knowledge.

Training Course Overview/Content:

On completion of this course the delegate will be able to:

· Provide installation, configuration and troubleshooting skills on the following products: -
- CiscoWorks 2000 Server
- CiscoView
- Resource Manager Essentials
- The Integration Utility
