Training Course Summary:

To most effectively present your business on the Internet, it is increasingly important to stay current on the latest Web technologies. This course enhances your Web-related expertise by educating you how best to implement and administer Citrix Nfuse in a Citrix MetaFrame environment. This course is designed to train Citrix MetaFrame administrators on how to create Web pages using Citrix NFuse to offer Citrix MetaFrame-published applications via the Web. This course is not intended for Web masters.

Pre-Requisites:

Attendees should have a technical interest in providing ICA clients with applications via the Web or a knowledge of publishing applications in a Citrix MetaFrame environment and accessing applications via a Citrix ICA client.

Training Course Overview/Content:

At the end of this course, you will be able to:
· Understand Citrix Program Neighborhood, Application Launching and Embedding,
· Citrix NFuse architecture, Citrix NFuse components and the Citrix NFuse interface
· Install and configure Citrix NFuse on the Citrix server, Web server and ICA Client system
· Install and use the website wizard to create Web pages
· Understand the contents of the ICA file and how to edit and customize it
· Modify a Citrix NFuse Web page. Also, learn to implement and modify COM, Java Beans and JARs objects in Citrix NFuse
· Troubleshoot problems encountered when using Citrix NFuse
· Understand the limitations of HTML and DHTML, as well as information about Microsoft Internet Explorer v4 browser-specific DHTML and how to create cross-browser DHTML
· Understand an overview of the ICA file components

Qualifications:

This is one of the courses that will prepare you for the Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA) exams.
