Establishing credibility to deliver more effective communications. 3 day course.Consultancy is a risky business. Clients often don't know what they want. They can use a consultant to deliver a hidden agenda, to deliver the bad news that they should be delivering, or simply as an object of blame when they fail on their own objectives. The well-equipped consultant knows how to avoid being "hung out to dry", is confident in pushing back on clients when needed, and has the right set of tools to enable a comfortable flow of information which will deliver the best solution.
This course aims to provide the tools and the confidence to deliver what is required. By basing it around a real life consultancy project we are able to generate real practical feedback in a challenging but ultimately safe environment.
The principal model of the programme is the recently developed RADAR consultancy methodology. This provides a frame of reference for any consultancy assignment and helps consultants to ensure their approach is logical and comprehensive.
