Taking Leadership to a new inspirational level

A 1 year leadership development programme that combines workshops, executive coaching and action learning with ample time for personal reflection. The format includes opportunity to select a personal leadership challenge and supports individuals to develop their own unique approach to leadership

The programme is underpinned by the new Farsight Integrated Leadership Model - Developed in collaboration with Dr Mark Batey at Manchester Business School the model brings together the best leadership thinking and research from the last 20 years into an integrated framework.

Pre-Requisites:

Currently in a substantive leadership role
