Training Course Summary:

The course provides a full understanding of the way in which business activities can be modelled, concentrating on the business events that trigger these activities, and the business rules that govern how these activities operate.

There are no pre-requisites for taking either the course or the examination.

The course is intended primarily for business and systems analysts who wish to become familiar with modern business analysis techniques. It is also useful for Project or Team Leaders, Designers, Analyst / Programmers, and those involved in reviewing system development products.

This course will enable course participants to:
