Training Course Summary:

This course teaches the production of advanced 3D working drawings using AutoCAD 2002. It is entirely practical with a hands-on-approach and you will be given access to your own professional CAD networked computer. You will be given your own set of bound course notes.

Who Should Attend:

Clients who have taken our AutoCAD 3D Basic Module. Experienced AutoCAD users who can produce 2D and 3D drawings.

Training Course Overview/Content:

Modelling in 3D
- How 2D objects behave in the 3D Environment
3D Surfaces
- Creating 3D Surfaces using Rulesurf, Tabsurf, Revsurf and Edgesurf commands
Moving around the 3D Environment
- Viewing the model using a variety of commands
Using 3D Orbiter
- Setting perspective and non-perspective viewpoints using the 3D Orbiter
Using the UCS
- How to control the User Co-ordinate System
Blocks in 3D
- An explanation of how blocks behave in the 3D environment

Qualifications:

At the end of this course you will be presented with an Autodesk Authorised Training Certificate.
