Training Course Summary:

This five-day instructor led course is designed to provide delegates with basic knowledge about implementing NetWare 6 and using its management tools. Upon passing the corresponding Novell exam, delegates will be awarded the Certified Novell Administrator (CNA) certification. As part of the classroom instruction, delegates will use the Digital Airlines scenario and will work with multiple lab exercises to help them practically apply course concepts.

Pre-Requisites:

Delegates are required to meet the following prerequisites:Some experience with networking, not necessarily with NetWare. Delegate should know:· Networking hardware.· The OSI model.· Topologies.· Basic TCP/IP.· Conceptual knowledge of different protocols.

Qualifications:

· This course is recommended as preparation for the Foundations of Novell Networking: NetWare 6 CNA exam (Novell test no. 050-677).
